Luke 3: Bible Journaling

Hello! I have a page from my Bible to share today.
I love this passage from Luke 3 about baptism and the words John the Baptist uses and that were the words used in my own baptism.
The Nuvo Glitter Paste in turquoise immediately felt like the perfect product to use as a base for my page. I loved how depending on how the light hits it can be a beautiful water blue or a nice purple color.
After the paste dried (it was quick) I added a die cut cross I had, some letter stickers, and a couple of hearts.
I wrote out my journaling on a 3-inch circle and used some dry adhesive and it stuck to the page and paste really well.
I finished off the page by underlining the verse.

Psalm 82: Bible Journaling

I'm working my way through Psalms and hoping to do some sort of journaling for every chapter. Today I'm working with Psalms 82 verses 5 and 8.
These verses talk about a shaken foundation and I quickly thought the Nuvo embellishment mousse would be perfect for creating that texture/illusion. I made sure as I put it on with an old gift card to leave it rather rough and thicker in some areas and let it dry.
Next, I stamped the world and attached it to the bottom of the page.
Then I die cut a bunch of tiny hearts for red cardstock and scattered them coming up from the world and around the shaken foundation.
I finished it off by underlining the passages and dating it.
